Thinking back to a title that Vera ([link]) used for a picture on her website, I thought a similar title would be most suitable for this sort of...er...well, scene.

Anyway, this is my half of an art trade with Celeste ([link]), and this is what is going on:

First of all, Reenie and Malanda are giving Lockhart and Snape makeovers. Why? Because they used to be very close friends, became enemies, and Miss. Celeste wanted to find a way to get them to be friends again. So of course she asks her boyfriend, Prof. Litvin, how to go about it. He suggests that Celeste could serve them tea with Drowsiness Draught to get a couple of professors (who just happen to end up being Lockhart and Snape) to fall asleep, and then the girls could give them makeovers - since girls usually seem to bond well that way. ( And no, Moros has absolutely no idea how Litvin would know that. >.>; ) Anyway, the plan works, and the friendship between Reenie and Malanda is bonded once again. However...

Unexpectedly, Sarah Granger-Snape, Snape's adopted daughter, walks in on the scene, staring in shock at Malanda as she sees her giving her father a manicure. Zephyr is also walking in, staring at Adonis in horror of seeing him using one of her eggplants as a pillow - Adonis just so happened to drink some of the tea, too. Moros is in there just because I wanted to add my own character to the picture, even though I messed up quite a bit (and made his hair red instead of it's current white).

And no, none of this was actually roleplayed...Celeste just suggested for me to draw some kind of a scene, so I made one up. I can see a lot of things I messed up on, really...but I guess it's not bad for my first scene. X P Ah well...

Oh.. my... Goodness... Look at this... picture... :wow:

MISS CELESTE WOULD NEVER WEAR RED NAIL POLISH WITH BLUE AND SILVER! :omfg:

Just kidding. ;p

O.K.. Wow.. Where to start.. This pic is soooo awesome.. It must have taken you awhile because there is so much awesome prismacolor blending going on here.. and I know cause I use these pencils all the time and using them up on a fulls heet of paper is just downright abuse on the thumbs man,a nd you have the colors so rich on the carpet and Miss Celestes dress and Adonis hawt looking orange outfit, I am amazed. Litvin looks sooooo cute.. :heart: :giggle: You did his shoes PERFECT. squee - :excited:

Adonis reminds me alot of Xellos from the Slayers.. I'll have to peek in on some of his rps now.. the design time you took out for the lil patterns on the corsette.. wow.. you like out detailed me on my own character.. :blush: Sarah looks so much like the way I picture her now that she's a full fledged teen turning to adult.. and Moros has a cute look to him too... Zephyr is a lil hard to make out really... *squint* The only critique I have.. She doesn't reaslly stand out in anyway in this pic.. Malanda looks just plain evil.. :mwahaha: and Reenie looks reaaalllyyy tomboyish in this pic... I woudlln't have figuired out that that's Lockhart without the caption, but when I read it I was like.. :rofl: cause it made since.. why this guy was wearing pink and purple.. without his golden locks it took me a few minutes to put 2 and 2 together and such.. ha ha ha.. Rennie messed up his hair.. yes.. :woot:

Ahh... This is all so cute and adorable.. and even that painting in the bg with the knight.. You put in sooo much detail!

I must totally repay the favour now. *dashes off to drawing board to work*

Moros...just awesome artwork in general, but the story of it is just brilliant. Just think... Malanda and Reenie giving people makeovers?! AHahahaha.

Love how Mal looks with the nail file too. So malicious...so girly. o___O; *dun dun dun*

Buuuut by far, I think Miss Celeste is my favorite part of this pic...she's just fantastic! Though, the whole thing is, but you know.

Ohhh boy...I seriously almost fell out of my chair when I saw it. It's just so...random, haha!

Did you know that Reenie has a crush on Lockhart? Another touch that makes this drawing so hawt <3

The attention to detail is awesome. I'm really bad at drawing full out scenes, so this is like, teh secks to me. And I love everyone's expressions O_O It definitely brings out each character's personality. And Adonis looks pretty here *_* *licks*

Woot! Thanks, Celeste! I'm glad to see that you enjoy it. ^____^

Honestly, I've attempted to draw your character many times before - however, I never ended up posting any of the attempts because I always ended up messing up too much. ^^;

For some reason, I have a hard time drawing the hair right...not sure why, exactly.

Oh, and I think I know one reason why Z doesn't stand out so much - for one, I made her hair fade the wrong way, and it would stand out more if I had it light at the tips - and for another, she's wearing a black tank top instead of blue or pink. Ah well, I suppose that Zephyr has her not-so-bright days. X P

I'm actually really glad that you asked me to do a scene for my half of the trade, because now I think I'll have more confidence to do more pictures with multiple characters in them. ^^

(PS - And yeah, about that nail polish...er...Moros isn't very experienced with making appropriate color choices. *still really needs to take a class for that at school* ^^; )
